Leona “Lee” Perushek passed away on Tuesday July 12th at the Ely Bloomenson Hospital at the age of 96.

Funeral services will be held Thursday evening, July 21st at 7:00 pm, a visitation 1 hour prior, at Kerntz

Funeral Home in Ely.
