Michael Grembowski Obituary

Michael Grembowski age 61 of Ely, passed away at the Boundary Waters Care Center in Ely on December 9, 2023.

Mike was born on March 19, 1962, in Aurora, MN to Al and Geraldine Grembowski. He lived in Section 30 and then moved to Ely.

Mike is survived by his brothers Gale (Teri) Grembowski of Hastings, MN, Joe (Diane) Grembowski of Thief River Falls, MN; sister Bev (Jim) Kappes of Ely, MN; and best friend Lenny Pulis; and his dog Tank.

Mike was preceded in death by his wife Debbie (Ellingson); parents Al and Geraldine Grembowski; brother Allen Grembowski, nephews Jason Grembowski and David VanVickle; and niece Missy Christofferson.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Kerntz Funeral Home of Ely.
