Don Langan family, so sorry to hear the new s about Don's passing. He was always so busy but always would take time to visit . Richard was on the Goodridge School board for many years when Don was in Goodridge . Thought of him often since he left the area. Please take care as we care.

I grew up in Park Rapids, 3 blocks fom Donnie's house and it was easy to ride my bike over there. We went to school together and graduated together. I remember sitting next to him in Ms Beardsley's English and social studies class. He was one of the good guys, someone you could always trust and believe in. His like-ability was a result of his sense of self and his belief in the dignity of others. I shed a tear in his passing.

Jo and Family - My sincere condolences and well wishes to you all. I still appreciate that Don came to the sendoff for our baseball team when we made it to the state tournament in 2002, and I enjoyed getting to know him on a more personal basis when he was superintendent in Ely. Many great memories from our monthly "BS" sessions in his office at the school or mine at the Echo, and Hollee and I appreciate that you were able to be part of our wedding day back in 2010. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I am sorry to year of Don's passing. He was a part of my growing up years in Park Rapids. I spent many hours with Don and Tom, their Grandpa and Grandma Langan and Nina and Don. My sympathy goes out to all of his Family.
